Working directly with the clients supplied designs, construct a wordpress site that can be easily updated by the client to add new work and news content.

CHALLENGES

The original designs will be supplied as static images for desktop display all additional screen sizes will need to be constructed during the build to make this a completely responsive site.

SOLUTION

The initial build will be in the form of static HTML pages using the foundation programming language in conjunction with bootstrap. This made the initial build far quicker and does not rely on editing pre-made wordpress templates. Once the main master pages were approved across all devices, these static HTML pages were converted to a bespoke wordpress theme with all the customisation features added to each section. The advanced custom fields plugin was used to add the required edit-ability, to allow the client to build bespoke pages for each individual piece of work. Additional animations , rollover effects and transitions were later added to bring each page to life.

RESULT

The site is now live and the client is happy adding the additional content themselves.
